Tom Papile

Tom is a licensed appraiser with over 8 years of experience in the valuation industry. For the last 4 years he has been working as a senior reviewer in the Quality Control group at PCV MURCOR, a national valuation company and parent company to VRM. In his current role, Tom is responsible for the quality of the high end properties (over $1,000,000) as well as the unique and complex appraisals and BPOs. He deals directly with the brokers and appraisers regarding quality issues with the reports as well as with the senior review staff at major lending institutions. Tom has both commercial and residential valuation experience. As a BPO instructor for VRM university, Tom brings real world valuation experience to his BPO classes and provides real estate agents and brokers the tools to develop a supportable, defendable and credible report, based on an appraisal centric approach to valuation.
